How can fuses check as ground?
Perhaps you mean there was no 12v where you tested
OR
It could be caused by a flat battery, OR fuse on battery cable before 12v gets to any other fuse block.

Removal Procedure

it can be repaired. you can do it your self or if you know some one with electronic skills, most problems with these boards inside is the time they are on e.g 90% of the time they wear out components. it will need 2 new fuses. and 5 capacitors replaced and 2 diodes. ruf cost is under the cost of sending ti away to be fixed. you just need the tools to open the unit. replacement unit will need to be programed up to the car and you need the cass code to do this.

The warning light is telling the driver there is a problem with the throttle control and that component would need to be tested with a meter.
The first thing you should do is have the computer scanned for trouble codes to point you in the right direction.
You may have to tow it to a shop.

this is a common problem with dodge, crysler, and plymounth modles with 6 cylinder engines the alignment is slightly off of the pulleys
dodge had this in their service bulletins years ago and but didn't bother to tell anyone about it. you'll need either a replacement idler pulley wich should come with a washer that fixes the alignment or you'll need to purchace a belt kit that replaces the tentioner pully idler pully and has a new double sided ribbed belt.

your problem solution is check for the interior light fuses in the fuse box located mostly at the lower side on the dashbord at the corner incase of right hand or left hand drive vehicles

More than likely not. I remember a Russian pilot defected and brought his Mig with him many years age. When we took the jet apart it had tubes instead of transistors. At first it was assumed that the Russians were behind us in development. But latter it was discovered that tubes are less likely effected in a nuclear environment and transistors are.

if it has an electronic button release....check for blown fuse....

its a timing belt attacked to the side of engine then you have 3 open belts. The timing belt is connected to crank at engine to camshaft for cylinders. if incased it is a timing belt. it will be a challenge to put on.
