MY 2006 HHR HAS A WET PASSENGER SIDE LEAK ONLY IN HEAVY RAIN

Check all weep holes for clogs below the windshield, it sounds like it may be coming from the fresh air intake. During the heavy rain, it will fill up with water if the weep holes are clogged.

1999 jeep cherokee front and rear windsheild wiper turn on when you try to wash just the front

Hi Bd, If the washer reservoir motors are working and the reservoirs are not leaking and have the cleaning fluid, it's very possible and highly probable that the nozzles are blocked with dirt. Disconnect the pipes, and then put on a pair of safety goggles, Place an air hose over the outlets and open the compressed air, blowing backwards. Connect up the washer pipes and hey presto, clean screens! Regards John

If there is moisture on the inside of the glass, there is something moist or wet inside the car. Check the carpet in the car as that will give an idea as to where any leaks, if any, are coming from. The damp could be leaking in through a damaged rubber door seal.

93 gmc truck windsheild leaks! whats a good fix?

I always use the stuff you squeez around bathtubs. It comes in different colors and is water proof. Just make sure you have a warm dry place to let it sit and dry after you apply it. Before you apply it though, make sure you take a putty knife or butter knife and clean the spots under the rubber on the windshield and get all the mold and guke off it. Hope it works out for you. I have a 98 buick lasabre I have water coming in my car and it's not coming from outside like rain or anything it seems as if it is coming from under the hood.

on the passenger side? if so the cabin air filter may be the problem,if so you'll need to remove the plastic grate there and you'll see the air filter under it,remove it and get a replacement at an auto store. or you may have a leak around the windsheild. to check the windsheild for leaks, start the car and turn the heater blower motor on high and roll all the windowes up,and make a solution of dish soap and water in a cup and usa a clean paint brush to go around the windsheild with the solution and you will bubbles if there is a leak.
