Ignition, battery is brand new, fuel pump, neutral safety switch and even did a bypass on the starter and it works. everything works just it wont crank
Check signal wire from starter to either solenoid or start relay. Make sure signal wire is connected to starter properly. One side of the start relay leads to the starter the other to the ignition switch. Check sinal wire is connected. If so test signal wire w/ tester. Ohms setting. Test relay ohms setting. Relays usualy dont go bad. Test ignition switch w/ tester. DC voltage 12 volts or greater. Black terminal to neg or ground. Red terminal to ignition switch side of relay/solenoid. Turn ignition swich to start look for voltage reading. Depending on the vehicle it could be anywhere from 6 to 12 volts. If no voltage reading somthing has failed on the ignition switch side of relay. A relay is simalar to a fuse and will be housed w other fuses under the hood. Also all fuses should be checked. This can be done w the ohms setting on tester without removing the fuse. Look at the top of the fuse there are exposed points that allow the tip of each lead to contact the fuse. Only some fuses are like this. Remember signal wire or fuses this is probably going to be your problem.

This is a bad PCM. Try to disconnect the security system first and if it still does not start then it is the PCM.
SOURCE: engine wont turn over with key, not getting enough gas to run.
Have the key and ignition checked! I am assuming that the key has a security chip on it, Right? If so, re-program key at dealership, and if that alone doesn't work, have them check both the key and column.

the starter should be replaced. The solenoid is kikcing the pinion out but there is no contact being made to turn the starter motor. I have the exact same truck and before i changed the starter used the old starter tap trick. Tap the starter casing with a hammer and it should start turning again. hope this was helpful for you. Good luck.

Under the steering column is an access plug. Remove the plug and insert a small shaft driver into the hole and push up gently, the key will release.
SOURCE: wont start
There's only 2 more things that I can think of, check the fuse for the ignition, then the computor itself, you did everything else.It might be the problem and may not.
