It is a rubber belt that runs your motor's accessories

You need to take the altinator and belt tension off... it's I bish... there are some good videos on utube

The supercharger belt is on the main drive, the water pump is on the accessory drive. Provided that they are both properly installed of course.

check your belt tension. Tighten it up and the noise should go away. if not, replace the belt and tension it accordingly.

factory jack to be placed in front of tire inbetween notches on seem. A manual floor jack can be used placing it under center connection bracket for rear wheels. Be shure to block front tires when using floor jack and have car in gear if a manual or park if automatic transmision.
