Ok you are have a too lean fuel mixture on bank 1 & 2 there is a number of things can cause that what i would do is clean my mass air flow meter with the spray that was made for the maf then i would change the pcv valve and make sure its hose is clean then change your fuel filter this one is very important because if it is dirty the fuel pump will become weak so check your fuel pressure with a gage and find out the specification ok, so try those things and see what happens

you probably have a vacuum leak. check all your hoses pcv hose for sure. it means the engine is seeing too much air with the fuel.

the relay is in the battery juntion box near the battery, it is K4, (far right in the middle) check the fuses too. Also check the inertia fuel shut off switch. it may ned to be reset. It is located behind the LH A piller trim plate. (drivers side foot panel) it has a red button to push for reset.

O2 sensors are after the cat converter and if you have 2 cat converters they will be after each converter
have you had the fault codes read to get that code or are you guessing that that is the problem
mostly with O2 sensors a wash and scrub in vinegar will get them working again but the HO2S sensors ( heated sensors ) in front of the cat converters give the most problems from the current in the wires or other circuitry faults
run the fault codes and save money
