For code 31 you probably will need to replace the EGR valve and PFE sensor. (PFE sensor screws onto the EGR valve)
Code 41 and 91 is for the drivers side hego sensor (oxygen sensor in the exhaust) Replacing it will probably fix both those codes.

4kms later I realised that I had the Cruze key with me in my pocket ... If the key is outside the car and you try to start it, it throws a Code 91 Error ...

I BELIEVE THAT THE MEMORY IN THE CAR'S COMPUTER IS LOST. IF YOU CAN GET IT TO THE DEALER OR A CERTIFIED GM SHOP THEY WILL HAVE TO "FLASH THE DRIVE" ON THE P.C.M.(POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE). I HOPE THIS HELPS. LET ME KNOW PLEASE.THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA. GOOD LUCK

Suggest you read th manual on the radio. Some radios you have to push in the on off button until the enter code window appears.
In other words push in to turn radio on and hold it in that position until the code window appears in the screen. Then enter code.
Never heard of disconnecting the battery to clear the code. All that does is tells the radio that an attemp was made to steal it, thus regenerating the lock 10 code. What it does clear is the ECM Module codes. Who was the dumbwit at the dealer that told you that? He needs to be sent back to school.
If the engine light comes on on the car its the problem with the engine get it checked from the mechanic and look for what code its coming on car you can find the problem and then fix the issue with dealer ......................
