Gauges in my 1998 plymouth neon stopped working when i hit a bump

Sounds like an intermittent loss of power to the instrument cluster to me. Remove the instrument cluster and inspect the electrical connectors on the back of the cluster.

1994 Cadillac AC Blows through Main Vents hit a bump and it blows through defrosters, hit another bump, and it blows back through the main outlets>

Sounds like a faulty blend door actuator. This part diverts air from the different ports ie floor, vents, defrost. If it keeps changing when you hit a bump, either the actuator has a loose connection or it's bad all together.
