I put diesel in my F-150 unleaded gas tank and now it won't start.what do I do

I hope you've flushed the fuel tank after the mistake. There could still be diesel in the system, and diesel does not evaporate like gasoline. Diesel will, however, burn off if the engine is hot enough, so you need to get your engine started.
1 Fill your tank with the proper grade gasoline.
2 Try to get the gasoline through the system as far as possible - loosen the feed pipe as close to the carburettor or injector system as possible, switch on the ignition to get the fuel pump to displace any diesel in the pipe (remember to place the end of the pipe into a container so you don't spill the stuff on the floor). Otherwise just suck at the end of the pipe (not recommended) until the gas comes through.
3 Reattach the fuel pipe, then prime the engine with ethanol - also called Quick Start or similar.
Spray the Quick Start into the air intake while cranking the engine. It should start, even for just a few seconds. Repeat this a few times until the engine starts then let it run until the smoke from the exhaust stops. It is not the end of the world to have diesel in a gas tank, much, much worse is getting gasoline in a diesel tank!

These are self bleeding so if diesel is getting to the pump it won't need bleeding. If you still feel the need to bleed the system then loosen one injector pipe turn the engine until you see diesel coming tighten again it should fire up. If you have a good flow of diesel coming from the filter to the pump and diesel at the injector pipe then your pump pressure may be low. To check remove any injector reconnect the pipe to it with the injector end where you can see it. Turn the engine with the starter a few times the diesel should be making a mist. Wear eye protection for this test

first fill up fuel filter with diesel . then loose injector No3 pipe
and start engine until diesel comes out .

Diesel injectors

Sounds like the diesel return pipe to the tank is blocked or restricted . This is a low pressure pipe return, if blocked you are getting a pressure build up and the pipe blows off.

Injector pump leak

This will almost certainly be the plastic fuel pipes connected to the fuel pump replace both of them this is a common fault the rubber o rings on the pipes harden and leak make sure you prime the diesel filter after replacing these pipes the engine can be difficult to start on this model once air is allowed in the system

If u disconnect pipe at engine end do u get a good flow of fuel from pipe if just dribbling u may have a blocked pipe u need to blow through with air line make sure u take of fuel cap or u will blow out ur tank, if that's ok check ur fuel pump if faulty replace pump

Air lock on diesel to engine on c 250 td - how do I solve

Hi,
the only permanent solution to your problem is to replace ALL the O-rings on the injection pump fuel lines. Don't forget the one behind the fuel cut-off valve as well..
This is the only soltion that really worked for me.
