I broke my passanger side mirror. I bought new

I broke my passenger side mirror. I bought new glass but when I went to fix the mirror I realized it was going to be more complicated. What is the best way to fix the glass on an electric passenger side mirror of my Hyundai 2008 Elantra if I can't just break out the old glass and stick on a new sheet of glass?

Passenger side view mirror broke and trimming around window

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door.

As for the trim, you should just be able to wedge it back in place into the door

no car should have wind noise complain back to the dealer where you bought it and tell them the problem and dont let them make a fool out of you and see if its fixed if not dont stop complaing till its fixed and to ur satsfaction they shouldnt of went near the door if there was noting wrong with it its like the saying "IF IT AINT BROKE DON'T FIX IT" so complain back to the main dearler where you bought untill your happy with the car, but rightly you should of complained about the car the first day u got but try and see anyway

Replace passenger side power mirror clearance lamp (bulb only).

If you are facing the passenger side mirror adjust the top (large) mirror so that it is turning in towards the truck as far as it will go. Then look behind the mirror in the bottom righthand corner (outside bottom corner) and you will see a silver metal clip. Take a straight head screw driver and push on that clip and the lens will pop out. Then you simply unscrew the bulb holder from the lens and replace your bulb. Good luck!
