My 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo when i shut it off after driving to two or three different paces it won't start for about 30 minutes what is wrong with it

Your post is not making sense. If the blower motor wasn't shutting off, how would replacing it cause anything to change? Clearly, there is a problem with the power supply TO the motor. If you want the motor to turn off, you need to check WHY the power to the motor is not cut off when the switch is turned to the off position. Probably a bad switch. Or it could be the blower motor resistor even, albeit a lot less likely.

Could be a dozen different things.
Is the check engine light on ?
Does it happen at the same time or under the same conditions ?
Does it start back up or do you have to wait ?

is by any chance and need reset? Try by turning the ignition on and by the driver's main switch do for both front windows as close press the same time both buttons for down for a minute pressed down and the same for up.Do it for three times and see.

This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control

If you are driving the car and it wont start after driving awhile. Do a wiggle on the CKP (crank position sensor) this sensor is located at the front main engine pulley, I am seeing a lot of loose male to female connection shut car off.

try making sure the battery cable and alternator is grounded

negative any metal part of engine wiggle the cable to have good contact that it cheers pierre

You need to rebuild the transmission,it's over heating. May want to check your transmission cooler first .
