WHAT IS THE FIREING ORDER OF 1983 V8GASOLINE BENZ

The firing order for an '83 Mercedes-Benz V-8 is 1-5-4-8-6-3-7-2. And, here's some more information. If you are wondering which physical plug corresponds to the number 1, look at the engine's banks (it's a V-8, so there will be two banks for four cylinders). As you stand there -- you should be at the front looking toward the windshield -- the left-hand bank of cylinders are 1 to 4 (1,2,3,4) and the right-hand bank is 5 to 8 (5,6,7,8). I hope this helps.

I Have 2003 madza6 2.3l 1 and 4 missfire do anyone know

Dis you change the plug wires. May have the firing order wrong. Otherwise timing or module issue. Check cap for moisture/cracks and build up on posts inside cap.

Mercedes clk200 only fireing on two cylinders

There are several things it could be and not necessarily to do with the plugs.

1. did you reconnect the ht leads in the correct order? They must be in the correct firing order.

2. have you tested the HT leads for electrical continuity? The carbon powder type can breakdown easily.

3. Are the HT lead connectors ok? Make sure you have continuity.
