If it is after market it can. Cut it out and fix wires as you go.

ill answer for stock car, we cant see your car or any hack jobs done to any car, blind.... only real live humans can ...hands on.
the oper guide tells you how to disable the alarm.(seems there is none)
if car has aftermarket alarm (seems it does)
then un-install it, any top ASE shop knows how to undo all car hack jobs.
the list I'm looking at, USA only
shows no factory anti-theft system.
if the aftermarket system is removed
chances are it will never start again.
as it probably has starter, spark or fuel system defeating devices installed< (some brands do all 3,)
