Have 1999 chevrolet tahoe and my engine is running 140 or so in winter and 210 in the summer

you could have a half stopped up heater coil but i really think it's the thermostat.. maybe an air bubble . did you burp the system after flushing it.. there is a bleed valve on the high point of many engines to get rid of any air in the system

2002 dodge caravan radiator steams but temp gauge reads normal only blows heat sometimes sounds like the water is boiling in the heater core please make some sense of this

If the radiator has steam coming of off it you have a hole in it some where have it pressure checked. Also what you are hearing in the heater core is in fact air that has got in the core due to the hole in radiator it will sound that way have a good mech check the system out and burp the heater coil a mech will no what I mean. FYI that means getting all the air out of the cooling system.

No heat in car thermastat is good and no heater coil problem

check coolant level, you may have air trapped in the system.
Also, is car engine warming up to normal range on gauge? IF not, change thermostat.
Loosen the radiator cap when cold. start car, let engine warm up and see if you get a burp of air out. Fill radiator as it cools.
