SOURCE: How do I check the transmission fluid on a 2009

below is info from the owners manual. I do not have a repair manual, but you may be able to buy one that would say how to check the transmission fluid on the 3.5L. It sounds like they don't expect you will need to check it.

Fluid Level Check - Vehicles with 3.5L Engine

The automatic transaxle has no dipstick and is dealer

serviced only.

Fluid Level Check - Vehicles with 2.4L and 2.7L

Engines

Use the following procedure to check the automatic

transaxle fluid level properly:

1. Park the vehicle on level ground.

2. Run the engine at curb idle speed for a minimum of 60

seconds.

3. Apply the parking brake fully.

4. Place the shift lever momentarily in each gear position

ending with the lever in PARK.

5. Wipe the area around the dipstick clean to eliminate
the possibility of dirt entering the transaxle.

6. Remove the dipstick and determine if the fluid is hot

or cold. Hot fluid is approximately 180°F (82°C), which is

the normal operating temperature after the vehicle is

driven at least 15 mi (24 km). Hot fluid cannot be held

comfortably between the fingertips. Cold fluid is at a

temperature below 80°F (27°C).

7. Wipe the dipstick clean and reinsert until seated. Then,

remove dipstick and note the reading.

a. If the fluid is hot, the reading should be in the

crosshatched area marked "HOT" (between the upper

two holes in the dipstick).

b. If the fluid is cold, the fluid level should be between

the lower two holes in the area marked "COLD."

If the fluid level is low, add sufficient fluid through the

filler (dipstick) tube to bring it to the proper level. Do not
overfill.

On the bottom of the auto transmission there is a belly pan, this pan must be removed to drain the fluid out of the transmission and replace the internal fluid filter. So you will need a large drain pan to catch the fluid and a floor jack to raise the van and safety stands to support it while you remove the bolts that hold the pan on, there is no drain plug so this is a VERY messy job. Clean off the old gasket completely, use no sealer and use a high quality trans pan gasket, the dealer is best or you will have leakage problems, tighten the bolts to 12-14 pounds of torque with a torque wrench, this is very important.

2010 dodge journey sxt were is the relay or fuse for fog lights

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8zJpMcE_0Y
Not knowing which fuse is for the fog lights I believe I would have to check all of them. You could be having a problem with the switch or the wiring. I notice on the video above your headlights have to be on for your fog lights to work. I would check the wiring to the fog light plug and check for voltage. I would also check the wires on back of switch and see if you have voltage from the fog light switch.
I just had to change the connectors to the horn on my Chrysler 200 because corrosion/bad connection.

manual below, in the manual I am not seeing fuse for fog lights listed

How many quarts of transmission fluid for 2010 dodge journey

Try finding an online forum specifically for your make and model -- usually, there'll be an FAQ section that provides specific information like fluid capacities. If you're changing the transmission filter, bear in mind that a large portion of the fluid remains in the transmission, so first replace only the amount that drained out. Then, start the engine and shift into forward and reverse gears for a few seconds each, then follow the appropriate procedure to check the level (look in the owner's manual or a specialty forum again). DO NOT OVERFILL -- that can damage the transmission.

Transmission not shifting

Reynald, Check your transmissions fluid level and top up if needed as a first step. Vehicle should be scanned for diagnostic codes to aide in finding the fault and repair required. Could be the plugged trans. filter, shift solenoids stuck/faulty, pressure switch, etc. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Reverse wont work on an incline and barely work on level ground?

Misty, if automatic check the transmission fluid level and top up if necessary. Take into a good shop for diagnoses(codes) and estimate on repair if needed. Could be transmission valve body or other internal problem causing pressure loss, maybe solenoid issue.
