SOURCE: Scan says F0441 I already checked vacuum hose, new gas cap from toyota, I erase several times keeps on coming back after 100m or more is this a charcoal canister purge solenoid or a Charcoal canister?

The evap system on a Toyota is difficult to repair yourself. It's probably a clogged canister, but I'd bring it to a reputable mechanic to do a smoke test on it.

Why do I smell gasoline in the cab of my 2009 Nissan XTerra??

at the risk of sounding KNOWABLE about, cars, computers and electronics !
your car has EVAP system failure if raw fuel is not dripping, a.k.a EVAP GAS TANK VENT FUME LEAK is the cause.
finding those vent leaks is best found with a tool called a SMOKE machine, (or harder ways #2)

this we sit is NOT USA, (or as call it American leaving off (north, south ,central or even saying the word USA or CANADA)
Cars are not the same on earth by Laws, (vast and now EXTREME)
Even California CARP laws TRUMP USA FED laws (EPA) facts,
I am very sorry to say that this web site unlike like other , does not force all cars(vehicles) to state their country first.
and nobody ever does. and 99% of the time due to that fact all you get are wrong answers. (or NON SPECIFIC wrong)
Don't feel said, every one does this wrong, here, read 10000 posts see that?

Evap comes in 4 grades now, USA (me) Evap level 1 to 4, from simple crude to the complex and bizarre.
Every counties laws are not the same. on SMOG parts and EVAP is one tiny piece.

A preliminary:
the cures are this: (see and done most by me for 50 years on cars)
connect the scan tool and scan the PCM and see EVAP failures, (all cars USA this is first and now blown fuses.)
look for visual damage to all to VENTs.(evap sys.)
test each evap valve for closure, even bench tested.
road hazards or old collision damage we see the damage ignored by the body shop.

Advanced testing (yes computers control all this those too are a factor)

1: the smoke machine attached where gas cap was removed, in minutes the LEAK IS FOUND< amazing facts.
2: or in a real shop by laws we use a cheap inert gas tank (CO2, Nitrogen or Argon) gas to pressurize the take to 2 PSI.
then with bottle of water spray and tiny bit of dish soap, we spay every inch of evap system for sure this electric valve inside and out side, to find leaks, for that gas( I use TIG gas cheap).
3: then read the manual , here is USA cars.

https://eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp

find a shop
RTM read the manual above, EVAP has its own chapter. and do the tests there. covered !
ALL my answers are for USA spec stock cars, NONE TOLD yet. and matters HUGE !

Hi I have a 1997 cadillac eldorado 4.6l northstar engine. It went from normal to blows clouds of smoke out the rear exhaust. Run sluggish.

clouds of smoke out the rear exhaus ,What color ? blue smoke is oil , white smoke is most of the time coolant is getting into the engines cylinders , Black the engine is running rich ,too much fuel . DTC P0135 HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1
DTC P0147 HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 3
DTC P0340 IC Module Cam Reference CKT No Frequency
DTC P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Insufficient
P0441 has nothing to do with the gas cap !
DTC P0441 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System No Flow During Purge
DTC P1441 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System Flow During Non-Purge

P0441 & P1441 will be back , may take a day or two , but will be back because gas cap has nothing to do with it .

Honestly , you should take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop !

Fuel sending unit mazda millenia 1998

Well, yes the tank is under pressure at times, but the gauge problem is probably the sending unit.
Every few minutes the computer tries to vent the tank to the vapor canister and the engine which would be affected by the leaking gasket.
You will probably need to replace the sending unit and then you can fix the seal too. Once the seal is disturbed it usually does not fit the hole.

What is the most likely cause of DTC P0445 & P0441 Evap System Leak Detected (Large Leak)... I do get a strong unburn gas smell everytime I fill up. I try to see if any of the fuel lines are leaking...

The most common cause for these codes are a bad gas cap the seal wears down after a while. It could also be the charcoal canister has a crack or is damaged.

Codes P0401 and P0441 on a 1996 98 Olds

P0401--- the egr valve has insufficient air flow. Needs to be taken off and cleaned, if not replaced. The port holes might be clogged up, or the valve itself might be bad.
P0441---- The evaporative emission control purge valve has low air flow, probably do to the egr valve.
If you take off the egr valve, you will need to replace the gasket, or it won't seal right when it's put back on.
