A look with a flashlight under the center of your car will confirm were its coming from , also red type fluid is used in power steering and this will drip from front drivers side if its that also a good item to shine a light on to give it a look over too , if your unable to get under car 4 a look then go to trusted service bay and ask for a ck of leaks they usually will accommodate one as they want the chance 4 repair
never go under the car with anyone or pet inside the car and never do so on a hill either , chock wheels both sides with large bricks/stones to keep car from moving any direction

SOURCE: Transmissions
Depends on what engine is in each of the vehicles. Assuming that the 1992 Park Avenue and 1995 Buick Century both had similiar engines (both being a V6), then they would both be equiped with the 4T60E transmission and you should have no problems interchanging them. Any differences (if any) in the wiring or valvebodies can easily be changed from one to the other and will be fairly self-explanatory.
Hope this helps and good luck!
SOURCE: How do I remove the rear door panel on my Buick Park avenue
You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
