Any ideas about loud radio static?

Not the Radio. \Static is a result of a short. Could be a speaker wire, insulation or bared surface. Connection not good, or even the radio antenna out of phase.

I have a 2011 Hyundai and I'm getting static when I turn it on. and then I hear nothing everything comes on just no sound

radios will shut down if they dont get a clear radio signal either the radio is defective or the anntenna has become detached or broken. I assume you are refering to radio. static sound in radio when driving such as a whine or hum can be caused by a defective part on your dynamo (alternator)

Static popping and buzzing sounds come from the speakers when the car is running. The Radio is not turned on and it will continue for a long time, quit then start again as you are driving.

Is it a factory amplified system? Could be the volume knob. Might try unplugging the radio for test purposes and see if it still pops and buzzes to get a better idea of where to go next

My battery has been slowly drained, my radio getting a lot of static, clicking on radio when blinker on and when break pedal pressed down?

Best check the drive/serpentine belt. For some reason, your alternator isn't recharging your battery. When you get static and strange behavior with your directionals (blink slowly or also cause static in the radio) it's an indication that the vehicle is now running off the battery. If you start the truck and turn on the headlights, they will most likely be dim or even flicker. Check the drive belt (serpentine belt) for cracks, shiny inside surface which both would cause slippage or lack of tension. If either of these is present, have the belt changed immediately (or have it tightened if in good shape and just loose). If for some reason none of these conditions exist, then you've got alternator issues. Most auto parts stores and some garages will run a free charging system diagnostic test to confirm that status of your charging system.
I hope you find that I've answered your question. Best of luck!

The radio has static on all stations in my 96 transport.

if the static speed increases and decreases with engine speed, possible bad engine ground or perhaps cheap spark plug wires, or something related

1992 Honda Civic Radio has only static

if the tape player works fine and no static u most likely have a problem with your ground, check to see if your radio is getting good ground and also check the antenna unscrew the two bolts on top of the car and carefully pull the antenna upwards and check the wire connected to a piece of metal where the screw goes (if good) add another ground to your radio.
