The code won't be on the radio head unit, it's to prevent it being unlocked if stolen. Do you have any of the original documents from when the vehicle was new? The code is usually listed in there.
If you don't, you have two options. First, if it is a standard radio unit, you can take the serial number and vehicle details to a dealership and pay for the code. Or, Second you can try a few online websites with the serial number and they will supply the code for a smaller fee.

My nissan micra needed a new battery and now the radio wont work, i have the code but the number 2 button wont work can anyone help
You must have the radio repaired to enter the code, there is no way around the problem of the inoperable button. Next time use a battery back up, never completely power down the system. Walmart has these battery power supplies.
