Question about 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 Truck

Dodge 3500 diesel 2004 c code 23 and 27 and ac,,,,how to fix or figure out...these are three separate c codes...key cycles are beside them....how do I fix or clear them? please ...someone help me

To be precise...the key cycles I left out of the question...error codes 23, 27, and ac ..i know what it says for the codes...but don't know how to fix or clear or???? can anyone help?...i don't want to pay a dealership

A C-23 code indicates that 27 key cycles ago, the headlamp switch input circuit was open - whatever that means.

It can be caused by a failing diode in the alternator. Normal testing of the alternator will not show this.

2004 dodge p0628 code does not start

those year trucks have bad lift pumps on the diesel engine. it is located near the fuel filter. they are also known for starving the injecter pump for lubrication oil due to the pumps low capacity. it is now recomended that an in the tank pump change over kit be installed
