Check for applicable trouble codes. To check codes, yourself, at the least you need an obd2 code reader. Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free, if you can get the vehicle down there.
How hot does the engine get in degrees F?
Did you check for voltage at applicable fuse circuit, hot all the time. You can use test lite to check for voltage at fuse circuit.
Your coolant temp sensor has some control over the fans. Replacing parts is not very good diagnostics. Just my opinion.

SOURCE: Pontiac G6 (2006) 55k miles AC inop.

Load placed on the engine takes place when the Compressor clutch engages. It will not engage if the system charge is too low on freon. It needs to be checked with a gauge, I think that may be your problem.

SOURCE: Where is the fuse for the fan - 1992 pontiac sunbird

there is a fusable link attached to the battery and there is a AMT fuse in the box in the car, that says ac/heat. (I think) You may have to replace your relay or some other part of the cooling system.
Another thing is to check your fan and see if it works by direct connecting it to the battery. HINT- test the fan in an upright position, like it sits in the vehicle.

SOURCE: AC/heater fan squeaks when running how to replace

it must be cut away within the surrounding plastic circles and reinstalled with dealer blower install kit. It's not the worst thing GM has done for design, but it's pretty bad.

SOURCE: Cooling fans won't kick on fuses are good fans are

Hi, Did you check the thermostat. If the thermostat is stuck and will not open properly, the fan will not come on. Have it checked out. Good luck.

2007 Pontiac G6 car won't start

Could be a bad fuel pump, possibly a clogged fuel filter. Are there any lights on the dash such as the security light? There are several possibilities, but with it running out of fuel I think I would start by making sure there is fuel pressure at the engine. The pump is encased inside of the tank and the returning fuel is what keeps it cool. With it running out of fuel there is a good chance it might be no good now.

Where is fan blower fuse ?

Yes, there is a fuse under the hood, sometimes a big and little one. There is also a fan speed resistor. I take it you are talking about the hvac fan. It would have the resistor. If not, there is a fuse if the cooling fan for the engine is electric. Actually a relay.

Where is your handbook? Look for a panel by your knees or a box under the hood. Don't forget to check the bulbs.
