Even in park if i try to accelerate it gets around 2000 to 2500 rpms and starts to bog down like it is not getting enough fuel i have put fuel injector clean in the gas and tried messing with the timeing but nothing is working any ideas
The air filter is okay?
Personally, I would look at the MAF sensor - try disconnecting the electrical connector and driving the car. A warning light will appear on your dashboard, yes .. but if the car behaves as it should that points towards a faulty maf sensor.
Also try removing and cleaning your EGR valve
Here's a couple of links that may help:

problems with egr valve and catalytic converter for suzuki esteem 98
You can also try disconnecting the O2 sensor - see what the car runs like.
My advice would be to NOT follow all the advice you get. Try things yourself. Your car runs ... but somewhere in the MAF sensor- EGR valve - O2 sensor there's a glitch. Do the simple things first - disconnect the MAF, clean the EGR ..
