The Windows should be on breaker fuses these will be the little rectangular metal fuse looking things in the fuse block in the dash, however these are designed to last a very long time usually the switch will burn out many times before the breaker fuse

You posted to a USA forum on a car not sold here.
we have swift+ in Canada but not uSA, and swifts in Mexico
is it too hard to say country,??>? cars vary by , you guessed it country.
so answers will be weak .for sure not specific.!
why not get car serviced in your country or in your forums, help.
that was sage advice....

lacking that, we default to generic answers (weak)
and your symptoms are sorely lacking
are all windows dead?
just going up or only down or cant move them at all.
silent?

the problem on all windows are.:
bad fuses or the breaker, but kills them all.
bad wiring, end to end , on this feed.
bad motor
window jammmed.
data comm errors from BCM to door controllers.

do you have 12vdc to the motor during the command event
(up, or down button pressed) (using a volt meter?)_
yes, then it's motor bad or window is mechancally jammed, does motor groan? (activated) or hear motor spin but it slips.?
no groan, its next wires or controls. tests.

on newer cars the controls get more complex.
lacking books on your non USA car , i cant wax smart.
some cars the BCM controls the windows
see>?
and on all such cars we scan the car first.
to see if there are errors. first.

next time post this.
country
and if only one window is failing, up , down or both.
and if it's silent,,,,?????
and if you scanned it first.
and if car drives ok, and all other electrics on car seem ok.
ok?

guessing will be expensive, about 3 times, just paying for diagnosis in shop.

What is the number for Cadillic sts front window fuse? 2002 year

It's not a fuse problem , your vehicles power windows get battery voltage from a circuit breaker . They don't good bad often . You have control modules (computers ) inside both your front doors . Both of these modules have their own power supply . Pulling the door trim panel an driver door switch an check for battery voltage at the switch would be a better idea . Also hooking a factory or someother type professional scan tool an checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes in the door modules and or the BCM"S body control module system .

DR MOD PWR C/B 30 Amp circuit breaker

Power Windows Operation
The vehicle is equipped with power windows controlled by the door modules. Each passenger door window can be operated, either from a power window switch built into the driver door switch assembly (DDSA) , or, from a power window switch mounted locally on its associated door. The driver door window can be operated only from the driver door power window switch built into the DDSA.
When the driver door module (DDM) receives a driver door window switch request from the DDSA, the DDM examines the request and inspects to see if it has received any messages from any of the other vehicle modules prohibiting the movement. If no prohibitive messages have been received, the DDM then applies power and ground to the driver door window motor to move the window as requested.
When a passenger door module, passenger front door module (PDM), LH rear door module (LRDM), or RH rear door module (RRDM), receives a window switch request from, either the DDSA or the window switch mounted locally to its door, the passenger door module examines the request and inspects to see if it has received any messages from any of the other vehicle modules prohibiting the movement. If no prohibitive messages have been received, the passenger door module then applies power and ground to its associated window motor to move the window as requested.

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

2005 buick lesabre power windows wont work.I can hear a click in each one when I try to roll up or down.replaced main controll switch, same thing

Without knowing what your dealing with ,and just replacing parts is futile at best . Do you know what all is involved in the power window electrical circuits ?

• Passenger Front Door Module (PDM)
• LH Rear Door Module (LRDM)
• RH Rear Door Module (RRDM)

• PASS MDL Fuse (10 amp)
Front Passenger Door Module logic and internal driver operation
• RRDR MDL Fuse (10 amp)
Left Rear Door Module and Right Rear Door Module logic and internal driver operation
Power Windows Operation
The vehicle is equipped with power windows controlled by the door modules. Each passenger door window can be operated, either from a switch built into the driver door switch assembly (DDSA), or from a switch mounted locally to its associated door. The driver door window can be operated only from the driver door window switch built into the DDSA.
When a window is operated from the DDSA, the DDSA interprets the window switch signal as a specific window switch request and sends the information to the driver door module (DDM) via the power door serial data circuit. The DDM examines the request and checks to see if it has received any class 2 serial data messages from any of the other vehicle modules (i.e. ignition switch position) prohibiting the movement of the window. If the window being operated is the driver door window, and if no prohibitive class 2 messages have been received, the DDM then applies voltage and ground to the driver door window motor to move the window glass as requested. If the window being operated is a passenger door window, and no prohibitive class 2 messages have been received, the DDM sends the request, via the power door serial data circuit, to the appropriate passenger door module. The passenger door module then applies voltage and ground to the passenger door window motor to move the window glass as requested.
When a passenger door window is operated from the power window switch mounted locally to its associated door, the passenger door module first checks to see if the DDM has received any prohibitive class 2 serial data messages. If there are no prohibitive messages, the passenger door module powers the associated passenger door window motor.
Both front door windows have the express down feature. This allows the front door windows to be fully opened by momentarily pulling the appropriate window switch lever to the second detente and then releasing.

Door Modules Power and Ground
In order to control power window operations, as well as other door functions, door modules must be powered up. Battery voltage is supplied from the rear fuse block, through separate circuits, to each door module. Each door module is separately grounded through a ground stake. The door modules also use these voltage and ground supplies to provide power and ground to their associated window and lock switches. The front door modules, in addition, use these voltage and ground supplies for outside rearview mirror operations.
The DDSA battery voltage circuit is fed, through the DDM, by the DRVMDL 10 amp fuse located in the Rear Fuse Block.
The DDM battery voltage circuit is fed by the DRVMDL 10 amp fuse located in the Rear Fuse Block.
The PDM battery voltage circuit is fed by the PASS MDL 10 amp fuse located in the Rear Fuse Block.
The LRDM battery voltage circuit and the RRDM battery voltage circuit are both fed by the RRDR MDL 10 amp fuse located in the Rear Fuse Block.
These circuits are in the C1 harness connector of each door module and must not be confused with the door modules voltage and ground circuits that are used exclusively to drive the power window motors.

Power windows wont roll up or down on 2006 Cadlliac cts

With the electronic's involved ,your best bet would be to take to a qualified repair shop . The door 's have electronic control module inside that control door lock's an window operation . Hooking up a professional or factory scan tool an viewing input data an checking DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's would be the first step any professional technician would do . You probably have no idea what these are ? Messing with these systems can render your vehicle unuseable if you do not know what you are messing with .

Power window not working

Window fuse's and relay's may be up under driver or passenger side dash or behind glove box, under the hood and even under the seats, and finally on the ends of the dash. All passenger power windows and locks are controlled thru and get power from the master control switch on the drivers door.

Drivers door window gets used the most so it could be the motor, window switch, relay or fuse.
Could also be a broken wire in the rubber boot going from the door to the body. You will have to eliminate each till you find the culprit. Check that all switches return to neutral when released.
The motor and the relay are the most likely to cause this problem. Try swapping the relay with a working window relay. If it still doesn't work, remove the door panel and remove the window motor.
Turn the motor shaft in both directions by hand several turns. Then plug the motor in and see if the switch will now run the motor. Sometimes that's all it takes to get it working again. I have had to do this with brand new motors. If voltage is not present at the motor connector, either a bad switch or a broken wire exists. Make sure to check for voltage coming to that windows switch. Actually, GM use's a circuit breaker type relay for each window and one fuse for all the circuit breakers.

Try this....
Open the door, turn the key to the ON position without starting the engine and everything that makes noise is off. Lean down placing your ears close to the bottom center of the door or at the speaker grill. Press the window switch UP and DOWN. Listen for the window motor. If heard the drive is damaged. If not heard, turn key off and locate and replace the relay with one of the other window relays. Check window again. If it works now, get a new relay. More often than not, removing the motor and turning it by hand will get it working good as new. I have had to do that with Brand New motors! So try it.
If all has failed, with the door panel still off, check for voltage at the motor connector when pushing the window switch. No voltage means its the switch, especially if its a auto down or up switch.

None of the windows work! 2000 Intrigue

if no fuses are burnt and you have new switches installed then it going to be either bad motors or a broken wire in the harness to the driver door switch set.
