2002 Chevy Tahoe. The truck wants to start but goes dead?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to model category.

Did you disconnect the battery when you replaced the fuel pump?

Did you reset the security system and engine immobilizer?

Did you connect a pro grade scan tool and check for DTCs?

Not sure what you mean by 'cranks, then goes dead'?

It turns over than then next time you turn the key there is nothing, no noise, no clicks? Is the battery full charged?

2002 Cadillac escalade driver side windows don't work but passenger windows do work. The drive side ones quit all of the sudden and also my radio doesn't turn off what is my problem? And how do I fix it?

Right side of the vehicle has a different power supply then left side . Two relay's . RAP #1 & RAP #2 . The RAP #1 relay supply's power to the radio an driver side power windows . I think maybe you have two different problems . The radio not turning off, maybe caused by the RAP relay having stuck contacts . Driver side windows not working , could have broken wire inside the flex boot from the body to the driver door .
Rap relay #1 is located in the left instrument panel fuse box .
Fuse Block -Left I/P
On the lower left side of the I/P
The RAP #1 relay is turned on by the BCM - body control module . Could have a DTC - diagnostic trouble code stored .
Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit's use a wiring diagram an a DMM - digital multi-meter ? Pull the driver door panel off an check power an ground circuit's for the driver window switch . Free wiring diagrams here
http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. Year , Make , Model an engine . Under system click on body & accessories , then under subsystem click on power windows . Click the search button then the blue link .

Is there an individual fuse for each power window?

The RAP 1 and RAP 2 each have a fuse that supplies the relays. One controls the control side and two is the feed side.

2002 tahoe won't start unless it has at least 1/4 tank of gas. What could cause this?

faulty pickup tube---faulty sending unit---faulty gage
my best bet sending unit
look in the owners manual how much gas the tank contains
and check to see how much you pump in when gage reeds 1/4
if you pump in close to the amount stated the sending unit is bad
if not could be gauge or pick up

When I start my 2002 tahoe it just clicks will not start?

Dead battery. Also have your alternator checked to see if it's charging properly. 8 years is a good time for a battery to last.

Map light/radio/compass/pwr windows failure Olds Intrique

Well hello, very descriptive. anyway the 2000 intrigue has a BCM just left of the steering column under dash, but not common to need changing. but the poblems that you mention (sunroof, windows, radio, cruise control, and steering wheel controls,) are all controlled by a system GM calls R.A.P retained accessory power. there is a relay for this behind glove box,. this relay gets its power from the fuse box in the dash. fuse is inadv power bus/rap fuse. this controls the relay. IGN 1 fuse 50A under hood is the power that is switched with it. The BCM does ground out this relay to make it all work.
if you check on the BCM you will find Orange wires in end plug. Test for power they should all read 12 volts. I will almost bet you that the Orange wire at pin K will be dead. that is the inadv power bus/rap, circuit. if there is no power here but fuse is good check for power at fuse. or you can connect a fuse holder with 15 am fuse from BCM pin J to K and presto you should have everything back.

Tahoe won't turn over, no clicking from the starter, and full power in the cabin.

The current from the battery to run the cabin will amount to about 20-30 amps. The current required to start the engine is 150-200 amps. Suggest fully charging battery and check to see if it will start. If o/k then check charging with voltmeter. Volts at battery with engine running should be 13.5-14.5 . If not , alternator is not working. PS make sure battery connections are sound and check all fuses. Let me know if this helps. Moe
