Is there a fuel pump reset in a 2007 jeep compas 4.2

No Jeep doesn't use a reset switch. In any event any pump cutoff is only activated in a crash, it just doesn't shut off for no reason.

I cant seem to find the fuel pump on my 93' Audi 100s

On many (most modern day) autos, the fuel pump is located inside of the tank. This pump is electric and sealed, and the fuel keeps the pump cool during activation. Generally the tank has to be dropped to replace the pump, but see http://forums.audiworld.com/showthread.php?p=24139922
as that pster says there is a way through the trunk.

Where is the fuel pump relay located on a 2000 excursion. just installed a new engine and cant get pump to activate. No owners manual either. thank

The fuel pump relay is located either in the fuse/relay center in the engine compartment (relay #112 .Which is 20A Maxi fuse) .
Or behind the.radio in the center of the instrument panel.

Ran yesturday, tried today no fuel in lines, or pressure in rail, fuel pump not activating

Check the fuel pump fuse and relay under the hood in the fuse panel. If both fuse and relay are good then fuel pump may be at fault, but it seems too new for a fuel pump replacement. Hope this helps. Keep me posted please. Good luck

WATER LEAKING

I am sure it is the water pump, the water is leaking from the pump and running down the hose. The pumps on these engines seem to last around 60-70,000 miles.
