On many (most modern day) autos, the fuel pump is located inside of the tank. This pump is electric and sealed, and the fuel keeps the pump cool during activation. Generally the tank has to be dropped to replace the pump, but see http://forums.audiworld.com/showthread.php?p=24139922 as that pster says there is a way through the trunk.
The fuel pump relay is located either in the fuse/relay center in the engine compartment (relay #112 .Which is 20A Maxi fuse) . Or behind the.radio in the center of the instrument panel.
Check the fuel pump fuse and relay under the hood in the fuse panel. If both fuse and relay are good then fuel pump may be at fault, but it seems too new for a fuel pump replacement. Hope this helps. Keep me posted please. Good luck
Try tapping on the starter with a hammer while someone is turning the key to the start .Good luck, CevRevposition.Make sure the car is in park with the emergency brake set & the wheels blocked for safety. If the starter workes after tapping on it,you have bad brushes & need a new starter
I am sure it is the water pump, the water is leaking from the pump and running down the hose. The pumps on these engines seem to last around 60-70,000 miles.
