You could buy a manual for it, or you could get in the back and look. For a 2004 it is unlikely, as it is before the days of kids with iPads.

The Nissan Presage (Japanese: ?????????, Hepburn: Nissan Pures?ju) is a minivan produced by Japanese automaker Nissan from 1998 to 2009. The Presage was only officially sold by Nissan in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

So you you can't turn the switch back all the way to remove the key? It stops at Accessories? Take it back to the garage that sold it to you. If you bought it privately, try squirting WD40 or Electrical Contact Cleaner into the lock using the red tube on the spray nozzle.

"Presage" is NOT getting ANY hits in the USA market...
Which is UNUSUAL... Typically it is HAS a "similar" version
being sold here... "FACTORY" Is important.

Of course. It depends upon how new the interface is. Since it is a 2004, I do not believe that you will be changing it with normal inputs. You will have to go to a Nissan retailer and ask if they can fix it.

make sure the trunk is locked and the ignition is off.
the altima will not lock if the key is in the ignition.
it may think there is a key in the ignition because the switch is bad.
