Oil Pan Gasket leaking

Get under the car and look at the oil pan. You'll see the bolts.
As for torque specs .. nobody would actually set a torque for them ...
Just tighten them 'until they are tight' without over-tightening.

SOURCE: Need torque specs for oil pan gasket
There likely is a spec for oil pan but unless you are a finatic, you really don't need to know what it is. Simple rule: Don't crank down ******* any fastener. If corners near crank ends have larger fasteners, you can tighten them a bit more than on siderails. Before tightening anything, install all bolts finger tight, to ensure that they are not cross threaded. To avoid warping pan, tighten from the center of the pan, working towards both ends, alternating from side to side as you go. When you are finished, go over it again, using the same amount of force on each bolt. As I said, end bolts can if larger in diameter, be tightened more but be careful not to tighten so much that you will either split or push the gasket out the sides.. Anywhere two gasket ends **** together, I recommend using a sensor -safe dab of silicone. An oil pan is not under any mechanical stress or pressure. I have used this method for many years and NEVER had one leak. If you really need #s, small fasteners get about 12-15in lbs, larger ones about 20.
SOURCE: 98 jeep tj 2.5 eng noisey lifter can it be ajusted
Lifters on your engine are non-adjustable. If noise is not loud or is intermittent, sometimes just changing oil and using an additive like marvel oil will clean it up.If noise persists, check pivot contact points on "bridge" that connects each pair of rocker arms together for wear.Replace if worn. disable the ignition system and have someone crank engine over. Observe that all rockers are going up and down the same distance. The ones to check are the ones that are not. If all is ok there, you must go deeper into engine and check lifters for end wear. If you find wear, lifter and camshaft must be replaced Sometimes if the ends are still in good condition, the lifter itself may have an internal problem. If that is the case, replace the lifter.
Before you begin, check oil pressure. A pressure of 15lbs or less is not acceptable.(warmed up, at idle) Pressure must be substantially higher both cold and hot. I recommend at least 30psi at idle hot, 40psi while driving. Lower pressures indicate serious wear on internal bearing surfaces. Replacing the oil pump may temporarily hide this problem but will not cure it!!!
Good luck
