Had delayed start for about a month then I tried to start and there seems like the battery was dying and something popped and there was a electrical burning smell then it wouldn't start after that. The battery was fine so I assumed it had to be that something shirted out. That why I changed the fuses but still nothing.

first you must determine if it has fire, and fuel pressure if so then injector pulse. Any OBD codes???? you really need a scanner to go any further without guessing.

Follow the positive battery cable from the battery to a junction,or to the starter,see if there is some fusible links connected there that might be burned out,the dash lights ,is most likely the head light switch,you can find the dash light fuse,and you will find there is no voltage to it,then you can run a wire,from a fuse with power on it,only with key on,this will make them work every time the key is turned on.

you may have a loose connection at the bttery, try to turn the nods by hand and if you can turn it it needs to be tightend
