I think this is a boat motor there is a fuse link on the engine if you arked the battery you probably blew the fuse get a multi meter and find the big power wire and check for power at the starter then poke the wire before the fuse if power is there replace the wire the dealer carries it
sounds like your not getting any power from battery at all, who ever replaced the starter didn't connect your cable from battery correctly. one hot cable runs from battery to starter , you can start there, check battery and fuse, in not a mechanic, but I've changed a few starters on Chevy truck, hope this helps, good luck!
Sounds like because of the corrosion, you may have a bad connection on the power side of the battery. If you have a fuse blown it will probably be one in the underhood fuse box. You need to check for a blown box fuse if it has them.
sound like blowed fuse or fuse link near the battery or battery cables need replacing.check see if alternator getting 12 volts at the battery feed wire.
The fuse you replaced powers the hvac control. The run relay is powered by a 30amp fuse in the fuse box near the battery. Is the relay getting power from that 30amp fuse ?
Make sure your battery is fully charged. You have some power so your battery or connections may be bad.You may have a fried fusible link.I cant tell you where it is located though.Check your cable connections at the starter and the ground at the end opposite the battery.
