307 means cylinder 7 has bad, weak or dead combustion
that means in pure physics.
1: weak compression #7 (a bad engine, check compression #7)
2: bad spark #7, spark plug or its coil. ( ever get a tuneup this decade?)
3: bad fueling , too rich or too lean. (complex, imagine a book type here x . buy me.... ill not.) yes, intake running #7 air leaks but that too is fueling ,fueling means AFR is correct or now. the Air fuel ratio, correct.

Basically this means that the the car's computer has detected that not all of the engine's cylinders are firing properly.
A P0300 diagnostic code indicates a random or multiple misfire. If the last digit is a number other than zero, it corresponds to the cylinder number that is misfiring. A P0302 code, for example, would tell you cylinder number two is misfiring. Unfortunately, a P0300 doesn't tell you specifically which cylinder(s) is/are mis-firing, nor why.

the engine may stumble / stumble, and/or hesitate

my jeep did the same thing. when you open the hood, on the right hand side of the engine, it was two small rubber hoses, the back hose came off, i think it was the air intake. it was only easy to fix, just push it back on, it should be a small clamp on it.
