The horn is generally located underneath the most front lower vehicle undercarriage either on the right or left side towards the wheel well splash guard area, bolted to the forward engine frame chassis. This is not seen from under the hood look usually. You must lay down on your back with a flashlight and look up. Should you find it, examine it to see if it is rusty. If so, replace it. If not, pull each connector out to examine for corroided connectors. If that is present, you should push and pull the connector on and off several times and then put some di-electric grease in the plug and plug them in. Tom H.

There's two horns, a low-note pitch on the driver's side and a high-note pitch on the passenger's side.
Both are bolted vertically onto the 'front-under' frame, below-behind the headlight area...just above the steel interior bumper frame.
You'ld probably need to pull the 2 black plastic fastener plugs at each side of the bottom bumper corner to gain better access, otherwise the fender splash liner can be pulled aside by removing a small bolt and few plastic fastener plugs then spread it wide to gain access to the horns there.
Additionally, the first step-you could check the horn relay part in the engine bay's fusebox to check if it functions well.
If you want to, use a voltmeter to check voltage at the end of the horn's wire harness plug to see if 12v flows thru okay, in case the horns don't function anymore.
