Check for the drive joint phasing and angle setting of the center bearing
mostly with center bearing , the drive shaft has to be split and the flange removed for the bearing replacement
the flange can be put back on in any position and that will throw out the s joint phasing
Take it to a drive line specialist shop and ash them to check the phasing and angles to eliminate the vibration
The vibration could have been from a bad joint and the new joint was not properly installed which will also vibrate
If you are not familiar with the term phasing It is when the joints are in direct line with each other when placed on a flat surface and allows the differentiating speeds of the crosses as they pass through the 90 degrees to cancel each other out and stop the vibration
the drive line specialist will know and explain it better as he will have the drive shaft to show you on
Tires and or shocks will make a car/truck vibrate as well
Testimonial: "Replaced fly wheel pressure plate clutch,,,,,,,dont know why a fly wheel would of made a difference but it has"
what kind of car is this ? a flywheel can make a huge difference if you engine is internally balance but you put and externally balanced flywheel and same the other way …..or if the pilot bering was forgot or not changed ……sorry about the tires and shocks answer thought you meant it had vibration while driving ..

You done everything else. Only thing really left is balancing the drive shaft. Should have been done way before you replace the engine and transmission mounts.

I replaced the lower passenger side engine mount and the vibration is still there but a bit less vibration. The lower passenger mount was worn out. I was told by the Dodge service dept that it takes 5 hours to change the main hidden engine mount which is mid way up the passenger side of the engine. That main hidden mount cost 75.00
To get to it you would have to remove the wheel, inner fender plastic work, windshield washer fluid tank, and etc.

just jack up and remove the driverside motor, just put a piece of lumber between the jack and oilpan, then raise up alittle unbolt front and rear motor mounts should come out easy, then replace and drop engine back into place, its alot easier than one would think, good luck
SOURCE: vibration on the engine, change motor mount all
Check the idle control system, also check if all the injectors are working. Provided you already changed the spark plugs.

Has to be a drive axle, most likely an inner joint, should be able to feel the play if one is bad (jacked up to let the wheel spin freely).
Also. If the front suspension is weak,or lowered, the CV axle will bottom out in the inner plunge cup and make a terrible vibration.
Testimonial: "You Called it !! Both axles were worn out at inner joint left boot blownout dry barings, right axle needle barings gone, baring floating around inside"

Without driving the vehicle, it is hard to say for sure. However, there is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that is published by Honda that involves your transmission limiter tabs (part of the rear transmission mount) causing a vibration while accelerating.
The TSB number is 04-070. I can send you a complete copy of the TSB if you want to post an email address. Or you can also probably get your local dealer to print you out a copy if you don't want your email address posted online. (recommended)

Hi
I would need to be there and feel the vibration to have any chance of figuring out what the cause is. When does it do this at idle? What is the make, model and year and engine type and size
