How do you put on a fuel filter?
In what country, here in USA 2 engines or 3. and outside lots more.???? and fuel parts, vary by , engine and country......!!!
THE "how" word
with metric wrenches and hands.
goggle so gas don't land in EYES , yah.
the SM (service man) book tells you how.
here ill paraphrase them all.
1: relieve fuel system pressure first. ( a list of steps, RTM?)
a: disconnect fuel pump fuse/relay, and crank it dry. for few seconds.
2: remove both filter banjo bolts of filter, do not loose the 4 copper
banjo washers or H3LL to pay.
2b: unbolt the clamp holding it 10mm bolt head.
reverse above. and put back
3: install new filter. sold at all NAPA stores in USA.
using old washers, finding new one here is very hard.
suzuki being chapter 11, bugged out and all here.
i'd leave it alone if fuel pressure is at spec,. sure would.
the filter is in plain sight just in front of tank
here is a real filter on a 2door vitara. G16 engine.
doing pressure tests, at the test port on same.

that is tank mount cross member there, and the filter
is mounted to it .
or read the manual, RTM?
this is the real suzuki book, not a clone or other bs
