for the whole car, wow. tall order that.
surely we can focus on an area,
under hood
  1. gas tank EVAP parts? rear of truck.
  2. Evaporative emission canister purge valve on engine
  3. HVAC vac parts?
  4. brake booster..
  5. EGR vac, reg solenoid.
  6. Throttle body leak vacuum or gummed up throttle valve.
  7. IAC , stuck, a vacuum + elect, part for idle controls
  8. PCV valve leaking or hose to it cracked, is Vaccum.
engine problems? no hint as to what's up doc.
Scanning PCM shows DTC errors , ??
fails smog for evap or egr? both?
brake problems?
HVAC problems?
there is a sticker under the hood for engine hose routing, (lost?)

the service manual covers all that ( we have none)

Where is the Purge Solenoid located on a 2006 Ford Explorer XLT?

The purge solenoid on a 2006 Ford Explorer XLT is typically located near the engine, often near the fuel tank.
To locate the purge solenoid:
  1. Pop the hood and locate the engine.
  2. Look for the fuel tank, which is typically located near the rear of the engine compartment.
  3. The purge solenoid is usually located near the fuel tank, often on or near the fuel lines. It may be mounted on a bracket or attached directly to the fuel lines.
  4. If you are having trouble finding the purge solenoid, you may want to consult the vehicle's repair manual or a diagram of the fuel system. You can also try searching online for images or diagrams of the purge solenoid on a 2006 Ford Explorer XLT.
