Change your central locking relay , the solder in the relay will have cracks in it and so open and close with the heat and the cold.

SOURCE: 98 breeze door locks keep locking and unlocking while driving

You have button like things on your door jambs that you can push in by hand, that your door presses against when closed. When they become faulty, or door gets a little loose, this can happen. I normally open one door at a time & work those buttons by hand slowly to see if one acts different than the other, and watch interior light to see if it comes on & off, or has a delay in shutting of when I push button in. Normally the one acting different is that bad one & needs replacement, or even some contact spray (electrical) used on it will help temporarily. Even sticking a piece of gum or layers of tape on the end of the button to make it push in further for test drive can narrow it down. Do one a time, when problem stops, you found the culprit. The other option is to check & see if one door feels loose compared to others by pushing in slightly on them.If you do find one that seems loose, adjust striker in a bit where door latches, to make it tight as the others, and that may just do it too.

SOURCE: Locks unlocking while driving.

Has the switches on your driver or passanger side gotten wet anytime lately? I had to replace the switch that you actually click to unlock and lock because it had gotten wet and my car would set it's alarm after waiting 30 seconds when you would try to open the door. Changing this is an easy and cheap fix. I hope it helps!

SOURCE: the automatic lock keeps locking and unlocking

If your vehicle is equipped with an aftermarket security system, it could be causing this. I have removed several these systems from my customer's cars for the same reason. GM has technical service bulletins that discuss this as well as other driveability/emissions problems that these systems have been causing.

If there is no aftermarket in your car, I would scan the Body Control Module (BCM) first to see if the computer knows anything.

No codes - I would look into a possible loose connection or bad switch in one of the door panels.

2005 Chevy Impala. The door locks keep locking during drive.

It's probably a bad input to the BCM - body control module ! Have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .
The automatic door lock function can only be enabled by the body control module (BCM) if the driver door open switch and door ajar switches are in the Closed state. For information on programming the automatic door locks, refer to Vehicle Personalization in Personalization.
DTC B3064 or B3069
DTC B3127
DTC B3128, B3133, or B3138
DTC B3132
DTC B3137
DTC B3272
Your best bet , take it to the chevy dealer . Unless you own a GM factory Tech 2 scan tool an have access to factory sevice repair info.
.
The outputs to the door lock actuators are controlled by the body control module (BCM). When the BCM receives a lock input from a door lock switch, or a keyless entry transmitter, it applies battery positive voltage to the door lock actuator lock control circuit, a ground to the door lock actuator unlock control, and the driver door lock actuator unlock control circuits. When the BCM receives an unlock input from a door lock switch, it applies battery positive voltage to the door lock actuator unlock control, the driver door lock actuator unlock control circuits, and a ground to the door lock actuator lock control circuit . When the BCM receives an single Unlock input from a keyless entry transmitter, it applies battery positive voltage to the driver door lock actuator unlock control circuit and a ground to the door lock actuator lock control circuit to unlock the driver door. A second Unlock input from the transmitter applies battery positive voltage to the door lock actuator unlock control circuit, and a ground to the door lock actuator lock control circuit to unlock the passenger doors.

This diagnostic procedure supports the following DTCs:
• DTC B3128 Left Front/Driver Door Unlock Circuit High
• DTC B3133 All Door Unlock Circuit High
• DTC B3138 All Door Lock Circuit High

Doorlocks keep locking even when out of the

Dave, it would appear that at one point one of the manual locks were forced either to unlock or lock and has now repositioned the nuetral point at a different location on the locking rod, hence, sending false readings to the control unit to either unlock or lock, I would try this, close all doors and manually lock them see which lock lever look unlike the rest in that position, this will be the culprit and have to be reset on the rod behind the door trim panel. This advice is as best as I can give without manually seeing the car. Drive safely

Ford falcon locks

Dude, the same thing happened with my EL falcon. It turned out to be the key fob! The buttons were sometimes sticking and all of a sudden it would re-lock. Ususally it would unlock then immediately relock. Leaving no time to get into the the car. Sometimes we would be driving and the Alarm would go off without touching a thing. I ditched the Key Fob and all was well again.
I hope this helps
