On firewall near drivers left foot.

Go to Chevy support

Check the owners manual, has fuse box diagram area, listing the fuses and relays, saying what they are.

With a testlight you can check every fuse in the box without pulling a single fuse in about 10 minutes.
Find a good ground for the testlight near the fusebox. The tops of the fuses have a little opening on both ends that accept a testlight's probe.
Start by turning key to on (engine off), and turn lights on. Now every fuse in the fusebox will be powered. You touch the probe into both ends of each fuse to test them. Good fuses will light the tester on both ends. Bad fuses will only light up on one end.

it is located under the hood on the passenger side underneath a plastic cover just behind the fusebox which is mounted right near the top of the engine compartment

Should be a fuse in fusebox labeled 'DRL/FOG'. Just pull it out.

that is strange the oil pressure only builds up when the motor is running i would be wary if it was me buying it hope this helps Jim
