You mean GMC not Chevy ! Chevy doesn't make the Envoy . There is no way to manually close the sunroof !
Power Sunroof Inoperative
If voltage is not measured on the sunroof switch open signal or sunroof switch close signal circuits, the fault could be in the retained accessory power (RAP) supply voltage circuit, battery positive voltage circuit, or sunroof motor ground circuit. If the sunroof motor is not being powered, neither will the sunroof switch signal circuits.
2
Attempt to operate the sunroof through its full range of functions in order to verify that the power sunroof inoperative fault is present.

Oil Pressure Test
Check for proper oil pressure at the sending unit passage with an externally mounted mechanical oil pressure gauge. A tachometer may also be needed, as some specifications may require running the engine at a specific RPM.
Compare the hot oil pressure reading to the specification. If the reading is low, check the cold pressure reading against the specification. If the cold pressure is well above the specification, and the hot reading was lower than the specification, the engine may have the wrong viscosity oil. Change the oil, making sure to use the proper grade and quantity, and then repeat the test.
Low oil pressure readings could be attributed to internal component wear, pump related problems, a low oil level, or oil viscosity that is too low. High oil pressure readings could be caused by an overfilled crankcase, too high of an oil viscosity or a faulty pressure relief valve.

SOURCE: The moonroof on my 2002 lincoln towncar is stuck
Temporary Fix: unsnap off the access door in the overhead ceiling liner behind the sunroof opening;
Use a 4mm hexagon Allen wrench to wind it closed.
SOURCE: moonroof is stuck open and only one side wants to come down
Did you ever solve this issue? My Audi has the same problem on the driver's side part of the sunroof, but after spending some time on it, I discovered the exact problem. There are many parts responsible for the retraction/closing of the sunroof, but the main part is the pulling mechanism that pulls the wheel mechanism along the track that in turn pulls the levers and window. On my Audi, the pulling mechanism has broken off from the wheel mechanism. Thus, even if you manually operate the sunroof with the allen wrench, it still won't close. I have not yet decided whether this must be fixed by a professional mechanic, or if I can simply superglue the two pieces back together.
