Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement
Removal Procedure
Remove the air cleaner assembly from the studs and reposition to the side.
Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge valve electrical connector (1).
Disconnect the EVAP canister purge valve tube from the intake manifold. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
Disconnect the chassis EVAP vapor line from the EVAP canister purge valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
Remove the EVAP canister purge valve bracket bolt.
Remove the EVAP canister purge valve with bracket.
Remove the EVAP canister purge valve from the bracket.
Inspect for carbon release in the EVAP canister purge valve ports. If there is any loose carbon, replace the EVAP canister and any components necessary to remove the carbon particles.
Installation Procedure
Install the EVAP canister purge valve to the bracket.
Position the EVAP canister purge valve with bracket to the cylinder head.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution.
Install the EVAP canister purge valve bracket bolt.
Tighten:
Tighten the bolt to 18 [n-m] (13 lb ft).
Connect the EVAP canister purge valve tube to the intake manifold. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
Connect the chassis EVAP vapor line to the EVAP canister purge valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
Connect the EVAP canister purge valve electrical connector (1).
Position the air cleaner assembly and install onto the studs.

As you know one of the problems can be the Fuel Cap. I make this suggestion. If you changed your Fuel Cap before the Purge Valve double check that the cap used was an OEM (Original) Chevy Part for that specific vehicle, not just any cap from another Chevy.
P0411 means there is no flow during test. either the vacume hose to purge solinoid is leaking or the vent valve is stuck closed. More than likly a faulty vacume tocontrol sol. in engine compartment, black hose with green cap on itis from tank folow it to purge control sol,and check the rest of its hoses. good luck!
