Codes 1131 and 1151 could it be MAF?
SOURCE: 98 E-250 Rough Idle; codes p0156,p1131,p1151,p0301,p0171,p0174+
po301 thru po306 all misfire codes cylinder 1-6 remove plugs and replace them..... set the plug gap first
i suggest u replace the wires also if they never been replaced all these misfire codes can set the others and one is for the oxygen sensor ( 02s or HO2S) CIRCUT MALFUNCTION do u know how to check wireing systems
do the tune up plugs (set gap) .052-.056 change the fuel filter also. clear the codes hows it run
this info is for 98 E-250 4.2Litre
what engine do u have 4.2L or 4.6L i know it is a v-6 by the codes
SOURCE: poor idle dtc P1151, P1131,P0174, P0171. runs ok
Change plugs, and Mass Air Flow sensor. This should do the trick
SOURCE: P0136, P1131, and P1151 codes on Ford Expedition 2000 4.6L
Your auto has four O2 sensors. Two upstream and two downstream; With two banks. Bank 1, sensor 1...and bank 2, sensor 1 are the two upstream (exhaust manifold before the catalytic). Bank 1, sensor 2 and bank 2, sensor 2 (other side of catalytic)
Code 1131= upstream; bank 1..sensor 1
Code 1151= upstream; bank 2..sensor 1
Code P0136 (generic code) bank 1..sensor 2 (questionable)
I wouldn't spend the money to purchase 3 sensors. Highly unlikely all three are bad; Cost is about $40/ ea.
Since there isn't a code for the cat's themselves, I would suspect the O2 circuit is malfunctioning. The rough idle is another clue.
Take an ohmmeter set it on X10 scale and measure the resistance from engine to body and body to negative post on battery terminal. You should read zero ohms (full needle deflection). If you do go buy two upstream O2 sensors. If you read
open or a high resistance run two straps from eng. to body...and body to neg.batt. post.

ISSUE:
Some 2001-2003 F-150, 2004 F-150 Heritage and 2001-2003 E-150/250
vehicles equipped with a 4.2L engine may exhibit the malfunction
indicator lamp (MIL) on with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P1131
and/or P1151 (system too lean bank 1 or 2). This condition may be due
to leaking isolator bolts/port gaskets in the upper-to-lower intake
manifold mounting area. This condition is sometimes intermittent and
may not be apparent on a warmed-up engine.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
Perform a self test. If DTC P1131 and/or P1151 are the only codes
stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) proceed to Step 2. If any
additional DTCs are present, follow normal diagnostic procedures found
in the PC/ED Manual.
Remove the upper intake and replace only the port gaskets (9H486)
and isolator bolt assemblies (9S479). The new isolator bolt assemblies
use a rubber material that is green in color, do not install the old
isolator bolt assemblies with the black rubber material. Do not replace
any other intake parts or gaskets.
While the upper intake manifold is removed, check the exhaust gas
recirculation (EGR) orifices that are pressed into each primary port of
the lower intake manifold. If any of the orifices are plugged with
soot, clean and unplug them with a pick and solvent.

those two codes are for the o2 sensors. both are the upstream sensors on the front and rear banks. so they are desinagted bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1. them most common cause for this is faulty o2sensors , bad gas and of a poor running engine. so if your car runs good (no misfire) and gas is ok then replace the o2sensor witch is the very most common cause.
