Code P1250 = Pressure Regulator Control Solenoid Circuit
This is the fuel pressure regulator. I would recommend you get a Good mechanic to deal with this. Fuel injection systems run at Very High pressures and can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.
1250 is the fuel pressure regulator and 1569 is variable timing control solenoid. Both will cause rough running. I would check the regulator out first.

Fuel Pressure Regulator Control Solenoid
Since the code came back immediately this indicates that it is a hard fault.
The solenoid is an electrical switch controlled by the ECM. In this case it
controls vacuum provided to the fuel pressure regulator. On this vehicle locate
the fuel injectors and the rail above them. At the end of the rail is the
regulator which on it should have a vacuum hose. Check out the hose make sure
there is not leaks or it is not coming apart. If it is okay the other end of it
plugs into the solenoid. This is the failed component.
well actually you cant clean the mass air flow, you usually ruin it when you clean it,it could be a bad maf or just crapy gas,not crappy enuff that the car doesnt run,but enuff it doesnt like the air/fuel mixture and is setting the light
