Under the plastic plate on top of the block
Welcome to usa forum
the country with zero IGNIS
there are many engines options on all IGNIS world wide.
we cant guess that either,
but like the poster said, its under covers, or under COPS.
Cops are SPARK COILS, over PLUGS. COPS.
as seen on all modern engines.
seems its the M13a or M15a, not sold here.
so ever google and engine before, try that.
and you will see all the parts of the engine, even sparks.
the cutie pie cover.
even the big V6 has COP covers, my guess, is to keep junk
from landing on COPS then working to spark plugs
and to then fall into engine, spark hole ,at service.
its dust cover, as seen on many modern engines.
when removed you then ask how to remove COPS. sigh.
like one gillion hits on M15s. endless,
look .
or go to suzukis, web page.
and see all those parts on and in the engine.
bingo 2
or go to suzuki buy the FSM book and end asking for locations of all 3000 + parts.
note how we were forced go guess your engine.
why? why post engine question lacking its proper name or size and your country.
fail @! epic.

SOURCE: Changing spark plugs
There is 1 screw on top of each spark plug cylinder. Just remove the screw (I hope you removed the resonator first). The 2 plugs back towards the firewall are a little tougher to reach, just ensure when you put the new plugs in, that you do not crossthread them!
SOURCE: Spark Plugs Location
They're accessible through the top of the engine - open the hood and the spark plug wires should be very easily visible on top of the valve cover. Pluck them out and the plugs are below.
SOURCE: Where are the plugs on a Suzuki Ignis 02
I assume it's a petrol engine and the spark plugs will NOT be under the air box.It will probably have a coil pack which sits on the spark at the top...
SOURCE: suzuki ignis 2002 oxgen sensor functions
It gets pretty hot in there, and although hardly any manufacturers specify replacement intervals for oxygen sensors, they play a critical role in providing the ECM with acurate data for best running performance/economy. Change it, as the savings in NOT changing it will be soon eroded by increased fuel usage.
