The fuel filter is located under the middle row of seats on the driver's side of the vehicle. This is a brief description of what to do. There is a plate to remove, then another one (a bit harder to do because it's a tight fit with the hands) and then you will see the top of the tank with the fuel pump and filter unit. Remove the connector for the wiring harness and then start the engine and let it run until it stops - this removes the pressure from the fuel lines. Then remove the fuel lines from the top of the unit and undo the securing bolt or bolts - I can't recall the exact way it is mounted into the tank. Once you get the unit out the filter can be removed - be careful with the 0-ring replacement, it is critical not to damage the o-ring as the pump will not work properly if the seal is not perfect. Do everything else in reverse to re-instal.

My Mitsubishi have dificult to star in the mornings

It sounds like you are dropping fuel pressure over night. If car spinning over ok run fuel pressure test or turn your ignition key on and wait for a few seconds do this a few times 3 if it starts ok then it could be a bad fuel pump I would try a new fuel filter before a pump if I doesn't help then a pump might be the cause need more information to help you.
