Jeff is our professional auto-electrician tech here, but I will just say this vehicle has a LOT of fuses! As I side note, I hope the airbag doesn't explode when you are playing with the connections!
Go on line to a company called HELM .So its Helm .com

Common fuse and modulator (flasher) so if one side works then that isn't the problem. Check the bulbs and verify that there isn't power at the socket with the blinker on. Sounds like the multifunction (turn/high beam) switch has gone bad.
It depends if it is a classic or new style Silverado. Both were made in 2007. If it is a classic Silveradothere is a replaceable relay in the under hood fuse block. If it is a new style Silverado the horn relay is part of the printed circuit board that is only available with UBEC (under hood bussed electrical center).
The main fuse box is under the hood on driver side. There's another on the side of the dash on driver side. Open the door and look right on the side and you'll see the cover. Diagram inside. The 12v lighter is one of the "aux pwr" 20amp fuses. There's a fuse puller on the inside of the cover along with some spare fuses.
Follow the wire harness down to the junction box were the wire harness plugs into under the truck adn ck for corrosion especialy if you live in a snowy area corrosion due to road salt.
There is a probable bad wiring connection in problem one and three.
#2 Possible water leak causing bulb break. Try wd40 in socket. you need
a wiring diagam and cheap voltmeter if you want do it yourself.
