Check the seat wiring harness below the seat and under the carpet. Water and moister will cause it to rust and break the wires or short them out. The windows and power seat require the use of a circuit breaker, this is recommended.

Check in the under hood fuse block or power distribution center for fuse #72 and #75 these are 60 amp fuses. If the problem isn't there you have Two separate problems, check at the switches for battery voltage and ground. The most common problem is switches.

My fuse keep blowing the one that controls the

Its quite possible, that there may be a break in the window curcuit at hinge were wires go into door. it may be broke or just grounding out. If not, just check wire from switch to the power window. Good-Day! Thats what blows the fuse

2008 Buick Enclave; front passenger, no power to window and lock controls, and no power to passenger side mirror. Additionally, passenger heated seats do not operate. From driver seat control, I cannot...

Do you know anything about automotive electronic's ? Serial data Communication network ? Electronic module's inside the vehicle doors , communicate commands ! No relay ,no fuse .
If the passenger mirror is selected and a direction switch is activated, the DDM sends a serial data message to the PDS indicating that the passenger mirror was selected and the direction to be commanded. The PDS will then supply battery voltage and ground to the appropriate control circuits for the direction selected.
DDM - driver's door module

Door Lock System Components
The power door lock system consists of the following components:
ā€¢ Driver door module (DDM)
ā€¢ Passenger door module (PDM)
ā€¢ Door lock relay--Located in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block and controls the locking of the rear doors.
ā€¢ Door unlock relay--Located in the I/P fuse block and controls the unlocking of the rear doors
ā€¢ Body control module (BCM)
ā€¢ IP BEC
ā€¢ Reversible door lock actuators in each door

Power Window System Components
The power window system consists of the following components:
ā€¢ Driver door module (DDM)
ā€¢ Body control module (BCM)
ā€¢ Passenger door module (PDM)
ā€¢ Rear door power window switches
ā€¢ Power window motors in each of the doors (circuit breaker protected)

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop that has a diagnostic scanner that can pull code's an view input data form these systems . There is one circuit breaker for the window's an fuse's for the lock's . I would think a data network problem . But that would be a guess , without testing anything is possible on these .

I keeping blowing the fuse that powers the shoulder belt and power windows. What is making that happen?

Most likely a short. Or a motor in the seat belts or windows that is being strained. More strain=more amps=blown fuse. try to spray Silicone spray in the track guides for the seat belts, and windows.

Drivers Power seat will not move and passengers window and both back windows will not operate. Happened at the same time. This is a 2002 XGL350.

Most likely it is one motor that has onerloaded - and blown a fuse that handles all of these motors.
Check your fusebox and replace the blown fuse - then check operation of each window motor - then the seat last.
One of them will probably blow the fuse again, so when you find it - investigate for a siezed motor or replace it.

Electric seats won't move - Silverado 1500

depending on what year truck it is, there is a 40-60amp maxi fuse in the underhood fuse block that can also blow, the harnesses get stuck on the backside of the seat tracks and blow the underhood fuses.
