Where is the freeze plug located on a 1994 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme?

Sounds like a RFID issue. Your key most likely has a chip inside of it. Most of the time people will have multiple keys on their key chain that can cause interference with the receiver in your steering column. Try using the one ignition key to start.

The fuse box for all of your lights is in your glove box, under the pull-out liner. Fuse #5 is for turn signals/flashers, fuse #6 is for brake lights, and fuse #7 is for all of the interior lights. I believe the fuses are labeled by number and they also have a designation under them. None of the descriptions specifically mention reverse lights though.
#5 says "T/SIG"
#6 says "STOP"
#7 says "CTSY"

There's a slight anti freeze smell when you turn the heater on. All fuild r full just wander if the heater core leaking. nothing wet inside the car just a smell

assuming it's a 3.1 it's about 1/2 way up the block in the rear of the engine
about midway between clys.2 and 4. Have to get it from underneath probably.it's about 2 inches long but all you can see is the very end with
a connector clipped to it.Held in with a single 10 mm bolt and it slides out of the block.
