I have had the exact same symptoms from a 86 Honda Accord and it turned out to be the fuel pump!

i am thinking that the 15 amp fuse is the fuse that protects the ecm circuit replase the O2 sensor wires and check the harnes for a shorted wire.

Jump in! 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 17mm. There is a hooking bracket on the head near the ps pump and a hooking bracket on the transmission. Loosen everything, unplug everything, drain coolant, pop axles out and lift them both out at the same time. If you're putting another motor in, try to get the same as yours according to external coil or internal coil on the distributor. 90 or 91 is easiest with your car. If not you'll be swapping your entire wiring harness. If you're putting an EX motor in an LX car (or other way around) you'll also need to change the header "o2 sensor is in a different spot", AC pump bracket and AC pump. I put a 93 EX in a 90 LX and it is fine! Extra work but runs great.

try tapping on it a bit or banging on it, but before you do, let me tell you that you need a new fuel pump or the hose could have something in it blocking flow or something.

Change your distributor , I had the same Problem on a friends car and that fixed it.

Most likely you have to remove your fuel tank, set it down, and remove the old fuel pump and then put everything back together. I wouldn't advise you trying to do it yourself, if you need further directions. you could damage a slew of sensors and then your probelm just gets worse.
