SOURCE: 2004 yukon xl denali self-leveling rear air shocks

There's a lever that connects the driver-side rear shock to the Automatic Level Control module (the air compressor and the ride-height sensor). Disconnect the lever from the shock and rotate it up and hold it. The compressor should kick in when you hold in place after a few seconds. If it doesn't kick in, make sure your fuses and relays are good. Otherwise, you may have a failed ALC module/burned out air compressor (from the shocks being shot). After you replace the shocks (and after you recouped from the heart attack you had when you shelled out $500+ for each shock), replace the ALC module/compressor (it's all one unit), and test it - it should kick on when you rotate the lever up again.

Figure about $350 for the ALC module from your dealer, and make sure the part numbers match! Your truck came with an upgraded ALC module from the 2001-2004 module, which were prone to water damage.

Good luck!

SOURCE: 2003 GMC throttle position sensor

I had the same problem with my 2003 denali and came to find out that it was the battery causing the problem. the battery with sufficient power will dictate the tps. if the battery is low or bad, it won't have enough juice to allow the tps to. work. get your battery checked.

SOURCE: 02 yukon denali xl wont start

Did you try to replace the starter cable? is the Truck turning over or just clicking.? If it's turning over and not starting. Best guess would be one of two things. Knock sensors Located under intake manifold. they get wet and deteriorate or the fuel pump. I've replaced all three on mine. 233k still running strong...

My 2007 gmc denali evap canister vent valve is bad. Just need to know where it is located and about how much that the part is

It is bad it is filled with dirt. It is located above spare tire. I found one on amazon for less than 20 dollars that was AC Delco. you will need 3" of 5/8 heater hose and 2 hose clamps for the hard plastic line that will not come of just cut with razor knife as close to valve as possible. within inch and use hose to patch back together and you're good for another hundred k.hope this helps.

2007 Yukon xl denali burning oil

If you smell burning oil, you may have a leak in the engine compartment reaching the exhaust manifold and burning on contact. The most common cause for that is leaking valve cover gaskets. If you are losing oil with NO signs of external leaks, the engine may be burning it internally. Valve stem oil seals, worn piston rings, blown/leaking head gasket are a few causes of that.

How do I make my AC work when I turn on my YUKON DENALI 2007 with a remote?

If the control is set for ac when you turn the engine off, it should come back on when you start it by remote. Is the radio and other accessories working when you use the remote ? Could be the remote system is not powering the accessory circuit for some reason.

2005 yukon denali xl heater fan stop working the front work sometime

I have a pontiac that had the same issue. It was a corroded connection at the blower fan. Usually located at the back of the engin comp, on whats called the fire wall. I cut off the original connector and installed aftermarket electrical slotted female clips. There are only two wires so it was easy and fast. you shoud see two slot style pins sticking out from the fan housing underneath the rubber electrical cap. Second possibility is a fuse. Check your manual for location and size.
