Depends in the mileage since the transmission was last serviced. It sounds like low pressure from the pump. It could be just a filter. You did not say where the leaking seal is, but a leaking seal will not fix itself.

You can try shifting into manual 1 to get moving then once you get going shift the lever up into Drive. This should work, then drive it to a shop to have your ****** looked at.
start the vehicle, shift transmission to nuetral. then move the 4x4 shifter to the 2wd position. then shift the transmission into reverse and back up a few feet straight, then drive forwards. it should be out of 4x4.
