It's on the return fuel line at the end of the fuel rail. My info says, you have to remove upper intake manifold to get at it. If you have new fuel pressure regulator, you know what it looks like, correct? I couldn't find a good picture. You can look at an online partsbook for that component, rockauto.com usually has a picture.
Make sure no fuel pressure on system before you take anything loose.

Theres no "fuel regulator". Try checking the fuel filter. Good luck

it can be in one of 3 places on the pump in the filter or on the fuel injector rail if the filter has 3 lines on it then it is in the filter if it is on the fuel injector rail it is inside the intake but it is more than likely on the pump

It is located on the top of the engine in the fuel pipe that supplies gas to the injectors, it has a vacuum hose going to it See picture below.
