Check for power at the motor.
If you have it there and it doesn't run, you have a bad motor.
If you have no power, check at the relay.
If the realay has power in and not out, yoou have a bad relay.
If the relay has no power in, check the switch.

the resitor operates ground, if theres no power then its a bad fuse under the hood in the power fusebox, or #10 fuse inside the leftside of dash, power for the blower comes from the ignition switch, double check all fuses,if you had no ground to blower then i would say the resistor, make sure you have a good ground on the test light, then check for power with key on again, heres a wiring diagram to help you, good luck.
Testimonial: "The connection on the resistor was bad. Thank you for your help."

The 2007 Pontiac G6 engine compartment fuse block is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. The wiring circuits in Pontiac G6 are protected from short circuits by a combination of fuses, circuit breakers and fusible links. This greatly reduces the chance of damage caused by electrical problems. Below diagram and table shows 2007 Pontiac G6 Engine Compartment Fuse Panel, Relay and the Circuit Protected.
The fuse is in location 50

Either the linkage for the wiper arms has come apart or the gears inside the motor are stripped/broken.

Your best bet is have the system checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes ! If it showed a message top not secured there is a DTC stored in the control module ! there are 24 possible DTC'S
