Finding a Goods Vehicle for Hire in Bangalore may be a hectic task. I would suggest that try to hire a vehicle from a reputed logistics company and don't deal with random shifters. They will create a mess! I have personally used some of Bangalore's logistics services and I have faced only disappointment, except City Link. there is no set charge , but you have to take into the costs of services , fuel, oil tyres, registration , insurance car hire fees ( cost of a fine if not a hire vehicle ), loss of a vehicle in the case of an accident while being used as a hire vehicle as the insurance will not cover it , your time, vehicle depreciation ( wearing out and needing replacement)
you can charge what you like but a good point would be around 60% of the taxi fee for the same trip

Go to your local library and get out the service manual for this vehicle. The process will be described in detail there. You can photocopy the relevant information for less than $1. You will need a torque wrench to refit the head - hire one from your local hire shop instead of buying one - get them to demonstrate how to use it (they are all slightly different!)
